Well Hung

I finally got around to hanging a wedding photo from when Billy and I got married.  We didn't really get a lot of great shots at the wedding, so I picked the best one a while ago and framed it with the matting where everyone that we had at the wedding sign their well wishes to us.  I am just sitting here, while I wait for dinner to get done looking at it, re-reading what family & close friends had to say (since that's all we invited).  I laugh, still at what Xander wrote "Xander Johnson" next line "good" next line "you" next line "I likyou , I lik you Belly" hahaha.  And smile when I read what Renee wrote "to one of my best friends, best wishes I love you guys-Renee".  What a blessing this person has been in my life.  She and I became friends in the oddest of ways, and really had the cards stacked against us...but how could two good people not fall for each other & care for each other even through weirdness?  Well, not many-lol!!!  I thank GOD for this friend every day...the laughs, the support & the love she gives.  I have been blessed with great friends, and a great family.  I am thankful for that tonight.....and every night.

Lela, xoxo

  1. You know - I almost didn't read this because of the title. LOL...that being said....You are sooo right! I remember everyone at the wedding asking us about the weirdness of me being there as your friend and wedding planner. It was an awesome day and we all had a blast!! I am so grateful that you are in my life, I couldn't ask for a better friend. ILY
